this will be held at our regular venue
Thornbury Leisure Centre
Exhibition times and dates;
Friday 1st May 12.30pm - 5.30pm
Saturday 2nd May 10.00am - 5.00pm (9.30am for pre booked tickets)
Sunday 3rd May 10.00am - 4.30pm (9.30am for pre booked tickets)

The exhibiton is run in conjuntion with the Association of Model Railway Clubs Wales & West of England & Warners Group Publications
​
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by following the below Tickets link,
this will take you to eventbrite who are providing ticket sales.

Layouts will have QR code shown so that you can scan with your phone and provide you with details of the layout in question.

PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL: Card payment preferred (VISA/MASTERCARD ONLY)

TRADERS: will offer cash and/or card. This is the responsibility/preference of the individual stand holder.

Advance Booking closes at 8.30am on the day of the show for the Saturday and Sunday (11.30am for Friday)
CASH POINT; There is no cash machine on site.
​
CATERING: Snacks and Hot/Cold drinks will be available.
​
DISABLED ACCESS: There is full disabled access around the venue with the exhibition area all being situated on ground level.
​
COMPANION TICKET POLICY: If a visitor requires a full-time companion, we can offer a companions ticket. Supporting documents will need to be emailed to worinfo@warnersgroup.co.uk by the 24th April 2026.
​
DOGS: No dogs are permitted apart from official guide/assistance dogs.
​
